my daughter had to have both of her kidneys removed in 2003 - she had a transplant in 2004 but it only lasted 4 months and it rejected - so the dr.s had to remove it. so since then she has been without any kidneys and has to go to dialysis 3 days a week - 4 hours at a time - she is only 25 years old. she keeps getting infections - and her blood pressure is so low that can't seem to raise it - her blood pressure has been 52/21 - she has no energy at all. The only thing that will help her is to get another kidney. her blood type is O+. I am her mother and my blood type doesn't match hers - so I am not able to donate one to her. would anyone be interested to see if they are a match to donate a kidney??? She also has a 7 yr old little girl to take care of!
